Roof for a New Home in Spokane's Ridge at Hangman Development
New roof and dormer for a home in Otis Orchards, WA. In this roof replacement project, the homeowner chose to replace a three tab roof with a roof and dormer, and roofed the back porch as well. These are GAF/Elk Prestique 30 year High Definition shingles in a Weathered Wood color. Matching GAF/Elk ridge capping was also used, as well as 26 guage powder coated drip edge and wall flashings and new chimney flashings. For the dormer, fascia and siding were installed matching the siding color already on the home.
Shown here is the roof built as a patio covering for the Spokane area home. Using a 3 / 12 pitch, the GAF/Elk Prestique shingles were simply extended onto this addition. The edges were wrapped with mocha colored 26 gauge drip edge metal and the underside, sides and posts were painted to match the rest of the home.
