GAF/Elk Prestique High Definition 30 year roofing in Weathered Wood color was selected for this forested environment and it fits in beautifully with the ambiance of the neighborhood, setting off the home's stone and wood accents. In addition to all new flashing, Continuous Cora–Vent ridge venting was installed at ridge peaks, topped and secured with GAF/Elk Z–Ridge high profile capping in matching weathered wood color. A closed valley system is utilized to channel rainwater down inner corners to guttering.
